Non payment of Dues of approx Rs10 lakh given to my cousin brother

4 years back we(my family) have given approx 10 lakh rupees to my cousin brother for car as he said that time but its been more than 4 years & he just giving us dates since 3 years but not a single penny received from him.So i am fed up from his responses that i will pay you in this day,that day but that day never comes from past 3 years thats the reason i am here for serious legal help.Kindly request you to help me to get my money back. Thank you in advance

If you had met the payment try to 3 years then your limitation has passed and he won't be able to recover your amount from your brother but if it is within three years and if the amount any amount has been received by you and paid by him during this period you can file a recovery suit against your brother and for that you have to send him legal notice demanding the amount and then after 15 days time for making payment and only after that you can file a recovery suit against him
