No response from Bank to release funds after court order submitted

I am a victim of online fraud and had lost money. However I logged complaint with cyber police and they were successful to track certain amount and that was kept on lien. I was asked to obtain court order and submit to police. After submitting the police sent email to the bank to release funds. But it has been 20 days now still no money has been released or creditedto my account. Police even sent reminder email but still no updates. What should I do?

There is a provision of obtaining a memo of the order after getting the order in the case of return of property in the form of money, on the memo police is ordered to take action submit that to the bank as well and then try to get the funds released also, you can file the contempt petition against the bank if they are not releasing your funds from the bank accounts or they have given it to someone else in other case they will give reply to you then only
