No Refund providing Coupon instead

Prerna Singh ordered from India Cakes to surprise her brother on his anniversary. Despite confirming midnight delivery and charging extra, the order wasn't delivered. Attempts to contact were unanswered. When reached, India Cakes promised evening delivery, which also failed. Prerna sought a refund, but the company cited a "no refund" policy, offering a coupon instead. Additionally, their customer service behavior was criticized as unprofessional.

Noted. You can send them a legal notice to refund the order and mental agony compensation amount within 21 days. If they do not do so, you can also approach the consumer court and sue them. For any further assistance you may get in touch with me. Thank you.
