Need solution about- have received loan arbitration notice against me

Because of some financial difficulties I am unable to pay due EMI's amount now but I will try to pay due amount as soon as possible, and I have also discussed with customer care executive on phone call on loan company that I will pay overdue loan amount in installments, he agreed. But, after that same day I received loan arbitration notice against me via email and mentioned in the notice that if you want to avoid further legal action contact email or mobile number.Please tell me what should I do

Payment of the EMIs is a rule for bank or loan companies. Meter talking to customer care executive is not sufficient and the banks and companies do not consider it. you should immediately draft an application addressing the Manager of that bank or loan company for your grievances.
