Need Legal Help to Recover ₹35,000 from a Person Who Is not returning

18-Nov-2025 (In Recovery Law)
I need legal advice for recovering ₹35,000 that I transferred to a person through UPI (to shop numbers he provided). He is refusing to return the money and his father is threatening me with false allegations. I have all payment proofs. What is the correct legal procedure to recover my amount and protect myself from false accusations?

send a formal legal notice to the person mentioning the exact date and time of transaction along with its relevant detauls supporting it, demanding for the return of money, and if the same is not done, the person shall be liable for legal actions. send the notice via postal service to the person. if even after that the person doesnot return, you can file a case (summary civil suit)
