send formal email from your registered id to the relevant police station where a cyber complaint has been filed against you (details shall be in the bank email, regarding account freeze intimation). He is refusing to return the money and his father is threatening me with false allegations. I have all payment proofs. send a formal legal notice to the person mentioning the exact date and time of transaction along with its relevant detauls supporting it, demanding for the return of money, and if the same is not done, the person shall be liable for legal actions. send the notice via postal service to the person. if even after that the person doesnot return, you can file a case (summary civil suit)
