Need Legal Help – Court Gave Ex-Parte Order in Bank's Favou

18-Jul-2025 (In Recovery Law)
Hi, I just found out that a court passed an ex-parte order on 2nd July 2025 in favour of Canara Bank, asking me to pay ₹6.18 lakhs. I had taken an overdraft of ₹2.5 lakhs but was never informed about any case or given any notice. What will happen now? Will police come to my house? Can they freeze my account or take my property? Can recovery agents or warrants be sent? What should I do now to protect myself legally? Please guide me.

Dear sir/ madam, Kindly give further clarification: 1. Have you received any summons/notice from the court? 2. When had you taken over draft ? 3. Have you communicated/ given letter to the bank regarding this?
