My mother has emotionally blackmailed me to take loan

Hi! Last year my mother forced me to take home loan so that we can reconstruct the house after torturing me for three months. She abuses us and asks us to leave the house and does not contribute in my EMIs. Since it is a private finance company the interest is huge and that money was not enough so she emotionally fooled me to take another personal loan and now my entire salary goes there. I need her to be the main loan candidate and I would like myself to be removed from the loan contract as it is her own house and she wants to kick me out of the house with my pets. But my salary after paying her emis is 0. Please help or I will have to commit suicide.

Dear client, frist you have to disclose with me one thing whether your home loan is secured loan, I mean wherher your mother's house is mortgage against home loan. Please clear this point after that favourable suggestion would be given to you.

U can only recover money from your mother or if the property is under her name ! Secondly u can’t make your mother a loan main candidate! We need more details like r u married or unmarried etc! Plz b in touch
