My friend took loan of 1 lakh rupees from me before 3 years ago.

Can I recover it legally as he is govt employee in TGSPDCL which is hand written by his own hand writing , which I dated 3years ago and 2 days completed till now ... What should I do if he doesn't pay it

you can still try with condonation of delay as the date of knowledge you came to know about non payment or intention of debtor continuous to be shown or vice versa if you have any documents like promisery notes or mode of transactions that will be helpful and continue for summary suit for money recovery under CPC
