Multiple Delays in order without any reason

Ekart logistics, a seller of flipkart has been constantly delaying my order without any reasonnThe main problem is the parcel i ordered is worth 109,000 rupees, and the seller is continuously delaying the order without giving me any reason. Ekart logistics do not even have a customer care number or an email address. When i try contacting flipkart they say they have no contacts related to the seller and the company and they keep delaying my order without giving a reason

You should first send a legal notice to Flipkart for the delay in your order and the harassment caused to you as a result of the delay. If they still do not take any action to deliver your order, file a consumer case in consumer court for recovery and compensation.
