money refund matters from borkers.need suggestin.

I paid to Rs 230000.to Poonam block 7 dakshinpuri. N.delhi. for job.but after 2 year i didn't get any job. When I ask for refund the amount she gives excuse.Last 1 years she continuous give excuse for refunding the amount. nOnly Rs 45000 she refund me when I told him that I am goin to police station. nSo please suggest me what should I do for refund the amountThanks,

If she’s not listening to you then you can always send her a legal notice and in that notice you can write either refund my money back along with compensation or face legal action. For more legal assistance I am just a call away.

You need to hire an expert advocate for your case ! Don’t take any step until u consult with an advocate! To recover the amount there are few options however Recivery of illegal act can’t be initiated ! Kindly b in touch to understand the legalities
