Money recovery of 10 lakhs from a friend with online since 8 months

My 10lakhs are stuck with a person a friend How do I recover it? He has paid me instalments some amount. But 6lakhs is still left. He is agreeing to pay me in emi of 20000 every month. But I want whole amount together.

You can file a recovery suit against your friend by firstly sending him a legal notice for returning the money without approaching the court. If he does not return, then we have to file recovery suit. However, please note that the recovery suit will not give you immediate relief since you will get your complete amount together only when final order is passed. So in short, either you accept his offer of 20k per month, or wait a few months and get your entire amount of 6 lakhs together. For further assistance, you can approach me.
