Money recovery loaned by on demand form

One advacte issues a legal notice And gets acknowledgement. After this the advocate instead of filing a case he ask me to approach another advocate towards court proceeding.is it correct? Will another advocate take up the case for recovering the loaned amount.

Yes, you can engage another advocate to file a case for recovering the money by filing suit for recovery and if have advanced the amount by receiving cheque or promissory note then we can also initiate summary suit.
