Money paid upfront - not used for over a year - can I get get it back?

03-Jun-2025 (In Recovery Law)
Hi, I paid Skinlab 50,000 rupees to start a treatment in a compulsion. Before starting the treatment, I decided not to go forward with that treatment. They said, I can't get my money back, Instead, I can use it as a credit for any treatments. It's been a year since I was unable to use that money. Is there a way to get the money back as a refund or something? Please help

hi if you had paid the money in compulsion and if they had not taken any treatment then you could send them legal notice to them for to return the money and if they failed to return then you could file consumer complaint in forum
