Money given to friend on basis of trust.
31-May-2025 (In Recovery Law)
My fiance helped his friend on basis of trust. His friend used my fiancé’s credit cards and has not paid any money towards it. My fiance has been paying all the credit card dues. His friend also convinced him to take our loan on his(my finances) name which the friend used for his own purpose and has not given back. My fiance has been asking for money since last one and half years. His friend used to say yes I m giving but us not giving now. My fiance doesn’t have much proofs of this. Pls help.
