Money extortion case. A non registered loan lender giving death threat

I have taken money from a non registered money lender. There was no agreement or any blank cheque provided. He is asking me to pay 3 lakhs every month. He is giving murder threats. How should I proceed legally

He is giving murder threats.”This is criminal intimidation issue and potentially an illegal money lending issue so File a police complaint immediately for Threat and extortion on pretex of loan recovery.
