Hello, I am not able to make payment of my credit card due to financial issue however neetu poddar from legal team as per her called me and said kudki law order has been passed against me so she will visit along with her team and police for the auction of my house hold things. Kindly help me

First of all you need not worry. There can’t be any orders in the court without listening to you. No court can pass any kudki orders one sided. You must have received a summons from the court. For more legal assistance I am just a call away.

These are just collection departments make stories. They are like a parrots who speak same sentences for all the clients. First they don’t have power to visit your house like this. Their job is to remind the customer for due payments. Anyways, the best way is not stop attending there calls and block their messages etc and simultaneously work hard to earn money to pay your dues. Later if u r still not able to pay dues, your case will be referred to DRT (Debt Recovery Tribunal). In case if u receive any notice or summons from DRT or any other court, kindly don’t miss any dates. I m sure court n bank will grant u sometime. Thanks
