Made payment through paytm but other party asking it again what to do

I had already paid money to gym owner through Paytm as he agreed to get the payment through Paytm and the payment had gone through successfully, but he did not receive the money. paytm says that it was transferred into the owners bank account. Now the owner is calling me regularly forgiving him cash payment. ?
if the payment is made to the concerned person you need not make any payments to him, as a matter of proof you can ask paytm to send you the details of your transaction which you made to the concerned person and if possible then you can ask them for the details in which the person has transferred the amount to his bank.
