Made me signed as a guarantor and he defaulted the loan.

Hello, I had applied for a loan thru jaithra financials, agency owner misguided me and advice me to signed as a gurantor for a person i dont knw under false promises and commitments. Due to need of money i went ahead. I nvr got a loan. And the person has paid nt even a single emi since then. And obviously, me and other gurantor are paying it back to the lwnding bnk. Other gurantor is ok to pay bt i want to tk legal action. Need step by step guidance
