Lok Aadalat Notice on Non-Payment of dues by Deceased Person

Dear Sir/Mam, My Husband had taken loan while we was residing in another city, After his death 5 years back ,we got to know about the loan when recovery agent came to our doors, We have given them Death certificate multiple times and they had said they will stop calling but all of sudden we have received Lok adalat Notice against my Father's name. What should I do. We don't have enough resource to pay back. I am mother of 2 children's who is studying on Government scholarship and another child is Fresher. Please assist what should be done. What will happen if ignore that Lok adalat notice.

Appear in the Lok adalat and inform the court that you cannot pay the settlement thereafter the matter will proceed before the court which may take some time however evading this route will not solve problem you may have to enter into some settlement with the loan company
