Hi, I've a personal loan with L&T Finance Ltd. I've a few bounced EMIs and Late payments due to loss of Job. I've been demanded to appear in court on 10th of January. I need advise
hi first need to see the summons received from the court and you need to appear first and engage an lawyer to represent on your behalf and then you could decide on the next course of action otherwise warrant would be issued
