Kolkata metropolitan court date 18th Dec 2025. Buissness date E/R OF WARRENT. I not appear on court because of financial problems. So suggest me next steps of court. E/R of warrent not come to me... aur executed to me.

If E/R of warrant is pending and you could not appear due to financial hardship, the court may issue further coercive steps. You should immediately engage a local lawyer from my team to check the order sheet. File an application explaining non-appearance with medical/financial reasons, seek recall/cancellation of warrant and exemption under CrPC. If warrant is unexecuted, court may reissue or convert it to NBW, so prompt appearance or surrender through counsel is advisable to avoid arrest.
