Loan Approved, but Amount not disbursed

I had applied for a LAIP in May 2025, I was promised that Amount will be credited by 11th June 2025 and since then I am just waiting for amount.

Hello sir / Madam, Kindly give the further details : 1. Was the promise done in writing ? 2. Have you written email/ letter to the creditor about the delay? If yes, have they given any reply? 3. Do you have loan agreement ?
