Loan Agent Harrasment and Blackmailing My Father about his reputation

A loan agent visited my house today at 7:45 PM due to a personal loan overdue for 3 months. I was not at home at that time. I was not pre notified for this Visit, neither he contacted me for once. In my absence, he disclosed all the confidential details about the loan to my father who is above 60 years old and a diabetic patient. Now he is feeling ill due to this. He didn't show any employment Id or collection lisence to my father. The agent blackmailed him about his reputation in our society.
