23-Jan-2023 (In Recovery Law)

My mother gave a sum amount of Rs. 300,000(3 Lakh) to a women for interest of 4% on OCT 2014 . She along with her husband collected the money from my house. The money was promised to be returned within 2 months. It has been 14 months now and the money is still not returned. Interest is not been paid for the last 5 months. No bond or proof was collected at the time of transaction. But i have audio recording of the last 4 months (live conversation), on which they agree to have collected a sum of 3 Lakh and promise to return it. Everybody around the my locality is aware dat she had borrowed money
