Lent money to friend but he is not paying how to recover

Dear sir/madam I and lent money to my friend through online(Net banking) transaction. Now he is not yet gave my money and spent money on QNET business and he joined me without my permission in that business even i cant signed on any application,moreover he forgered my sign to join in that business. I have my form 26 as proof of he joined me in that business and i have my account statement as proof of i lend money to him. Please suggest that how can i recovered my money from him. Thanking you,
I suggest that first you send your friend a legal notice, setting out all the particulars of the loan in it. If he does not respond to it, you can file a case for Recovery of Debt in the civil court and get your money back.
