i had lent money to someone. mode of payment was cash with no written proof. how can i recover my money now. that person has stopped picking my calls also
If you have no proof of payment then it would be difficult for you to recover the money. If you have any documentation whatsoever, such as text messages or Whatsapp conversations, they may be used to help your case. If there are any witnesses to the transaction that would further help in strengthening your position. You will need to file a suit for recovery.
