I have lended money but i am afraid that he will change his address with an intension to not return the money. he lives on rent now and i have only his aadhar card. he is also from other state and If he disappers from his current location than how can i track his location to go for court case? Or should I forget my money if this happens?
This is my advice to you:
1 You can make a small agreement on paper;
2 You can also make it on stamp paper and register it;
3 His aadhar will have permanent address and number;
4 You need to give more details;
