Hi lawyer, We have got a legal notice from a phone company we a private company we use telephone services to reach our customers Somebody has made a international calls by hacking our network and we have not paid bill so we have got a notice regarding that Please help us how to deal with the situation
Dear sir,
if you have received a Notice from the telecom company you need to reply back to the notice through a lawyer. if you do not do that they will approach the court and file a recovery suit against you. if the services were used then you need to pay the amount. at the most you can negotiate the amount with them.
