Legal notice for recovery of amount that is send for purpose

One of my friend told me to share bank account details so he can transfer the amount which is borrowed from me. He sent the money from third person. Third person first transferred me 2000, 13000 via UPI and then he asked for bank details so he transferred me 70000 more. As borrowed amount is 95000. Now the third person send me a notice to return the money mentioning his employe send it wrongly.Third person unable to recover money from friend. I asked friend to return his money but he failed. file a case in fraud n breach of trust and keep your transactions as evidence it will work and file a case in district t court and recover your amount. feel free to contact and hire a lawyer. and must take action by doing FIR
