My friend took loan in my name through loan app and is not repaying. I have WhatsApp chats and voice notes. What can I legally do?”

You can send a lawyer notice against your friend for repayment of the loan as well as notice to the bank limiting that you don't have any future applications regarding the set lot the set loan And you will be exonerated from the liabilities
