I lent my friend RAZZAK SHAIKH an amount of ₹75,000 on 03/07/23. As per our agreement, he was supposed to return the full amount within six months. However, the due date has passed, and despite several reminders, he is unable to repay the loan. He claims that he currently does not have the funds to return the money.
