Namaste, main 25 saal ka hoon aur 12th pass hoon. Trading mein nuksan ki wajah se mujh par ₹14-15 lakh ka karz hai. Maine ab tak ₹5.07 lakh online waapis kiye hain. Mere paas koi property nahi hai. Private lenders bina license ke 3% - 4% mahina byaj le rahe hain. Maine unhe koi cheque ya agreement nahi diya hai. Mujhe Insolvency (Diwala) file karni hai aur kanooni suraksha chahiye. Kya aap meri madad kar sakte hain?"

yes siryou can file insolvency by filinga petition n the Debt recovery Tribunal in your city .the petition will help you to be a insolvency person and also be able to send the same notices to the banks as well
