Maine logo ko karj par paise de rakhe hai , kisi mediator ke madhyam se , lekin dene waqt baat kiya tha sabse , maine kuchh logo ke account mai direct paise diye or kuchh logo ko mediator ke account ke dwara , ab log bol rahe hai ki maine mediator ko paise de diye , lekin mediator bol raha hai ki maine paise nahi liye , na mediator samne aa raha hai, dene wale to call utha rahe hai kya kiya jaye kaise kiya jay

First of all rather than going legally you should serve him/her a legal notice and in that notice you can write that either pay my money or face legal action which will be at your own risk. After that if he/she fails to give you a satisfactory reply then you can anytime file a recovery suit in the court to claim your money back along with compensations.

pahle to mujhe aap yah bataiye aapane yah paise kahan se Diye hain kaun si jagah se Uske bad aap apne Civil Court mein ek Mani recovery Suit file kar sakte hain Jis per aapko Court fees bhi Deni padegi aur aapko Paisa mil jaega but vah Paisa as a friendly loan hi Diya Hona chahie

Aapke case mein sabse pehle aapko jis bhi vyakti ko paise diye uske purze saboot ikattha karne honge—jaise bank transaction slips, WhatsApp chats, call recordings, ya likhit samjhauta. Jinke account mein direct paise gaye unke khilaf civil suit file kiya ja sakta hai paisa vasooli ke liye. Mediator agar paise lekar inkaar kar raha hai to uske khilaf cheating aur criminal breach of trust ka case police mein file kiya ja sakta hai. Aap turant recovery suit (Order 37 CPC ke tahat) ya criminal complaint file karein
