I've lent money to my friend by taking loan from Bank.

I took a loan for one of my friends and he also used all the amount of my Credit Card.
It has been a year since the incident. He was paying in time before the Covid but he asked me to take moratrium and he is not paying it since the moratrium was over.
He is not replying to my calls or messages. He sees my messages on Whatsapp but doesn't reply. I've some of the transaction details and he has added some money from my Credit card to his e-wallet account. What actions can I take on this

Repay the loan amount at the earliest possible and try not to default of any payment. If you have cleared the credit card dues if the bank or the financial institutions then you should just aim at clearing your loan amount.
