Issue of not able to pay my personal loan to hdfc bank

2018 i took personal loan of 3lakhs from hdfc bank when i was working i payed my 16 emi but now I’m not able to pay because I’m jobless.nNow the bank people call me everyday and tell me that they have issued warrant of me. Now what will i do

First of all warrants are issued by the court. They must have registered a complaint only against you in the local police station. And even if the warrants have been issued against you then you need not worry. You will be released on personal bonds. After taking the bail you will be free and will be called on the next date of hearing only. For more legal assistance I am just a call away.

If bank people are harassing you, you need to immediately send email to HDFC bank with all the numbers they are calling you from ! Record the calls if they are abusing or threatening you & also report the same to cyber crime n nearest police station. After that u need to send the escalation to RBI. No one can threat like this. If bank has to recover the amount they can file recovery suit !
