Is there is any specific forum for senior citizen to file complaint

I am writing this on behalf of my grandfather He has given loan to some people and now it's been months neither they are paying the interest nor the principal amount. I want to know if there is any specific forum or commission for senior citizen where he can file complaint for recovery

Hello, before proceeding it to court send a legal notice , thn initiate by filing the matter in court, as for recovery there is some amount you need to pay as court fees and thr is no such different court for senior citizen
