Is no refund policy valid in case subject matter ceases to exist?

24-Jul-2023 (In Recovery Law)
4 months ago i joined a gym for mix martial arts classes where i faced the problem of getting flirty remarks from trainer so i had to inform the reception. They changed my trainer but the trainer wasn’t able to make it on time in the class for most of the days and did not extend the time for which he was late (10-15mins) ( our sessions are of 1hour) so we had to once again approach the reception and I wasn’t satisfied with the trainer they were going to appoint and now there’s no trainer.

No refund policy is absolutely valid and legal. You cannot claim for the refund of fees you've paid for the mix martial art classes since you have agreed to the terms and conditions at the time of admission. You have the option to file a consumer case against the classes for deficiency in services and claim compensation.
