Investment Scam Looking for Recovery
13-Jan-2025 (In Recovery Law)
Hello Team,
We are investors in Vuenow, a data center business. I have invested in this company by purchasing physical servers, and they provide us with monthly rent. However, the Enforcement Directorate (ED) has frozen all of the company's bank accounts. They have informed us that once their bank accounts are unfrozen, they will resume sending our monthly rent. Unfortunately, the court dates keep getting postponed.
We seek your assistance in recovering our money.
As your investment involves physical servers with Vuenow whose accounts are frozen by ED, you have two concrete steps for recovery. First, file a complaint with the Economic Offences Wing (EOW) detailing your investment and the current situation. Second, since you own physical assets (servers), send a legal notice demanding either the return of your servers or equivalent monetary value.
You also have the remedy of approaching appropriate criminal courts for recovery of your pending amounts as it is a faster route than taking recourse to civil courts.
With respect to your issues and monitoring your already pending matter, my chamber can assist you. Feel free to contact me
