Immigration agent not refund my advance amount

I had paid on Feb-2014,Rs. 80000/-as advance for my immigration to Australia but i did not happen due to my personal reasons.Now i asked to refund my advance amount they are saying as per agreement for personal reasons amount will not be refunded.Please suggest me to get back my hard earned money.
The terms shall be governed as per the agreement signed by you at the time of advancing the sum. However you can contest against the arbitrariness of the agreement which shall be decided by the Court.
