if received an leagl notice about a loan overdue

i am unaware of the reason of the notice cause there were no purchases from my side for the lum sum amount mentioned in the notice but then there has been a case filled against my number the court of small cases of bengaluru and i do not knoe whether the notice sent to me is real or fake and dont know what response or actions should i take for the same and its shows that my payment is overdure for 363 days.
please you share your notice and I can justify is it fake and Real if you have any lone or any lone from snk or others you must show your notice in front of any lawyer I just suggest you .if it is fake you can take legal action against them .
