If Judge orders to pay he will be injail till the time he does not pay

The story was I was looking for a job and 1day I got a message in Facebook stating that we'll provide job through backdoor. they took 1.2 k from me, When I went there I came to know they are cheaters and there are many people like me So we went to police station n gave complaint so I stepped forward and caught the mediater and surended him to police and after that they have made a settlement with him by saying that he 'll give you money back but he need time I told. I filed FIR now I want to know if judge says that he need to pay means he need to pay until that he won't get bailed right?

If your question is pertaining to right to bail, then he will surely get the bail, as it is right. However you can oppose the bail and request the court the bail should not be granted. Regarding your payment, if the Hon'ble Court direct him to make the payment he is liable to make the same
