ICICI Bank Credit card fraud transaction issue without my knowledge

On 7th of April at around 9:30 PM (Night). I seen a text message on my mobile that the amount 66534.56 debited from my credit card account to the unknown merchant ONE MOBIWIK SYS without any OTP approval. Its matter of mystery for the things processed by ICICI Bank. As per the message received on that time, it says To dispute, call 18002662/SMS BLOCK 2001 to 9215676766. I got the card blocked same time and also contacted the customer care on the same day 7th April at 10:34 PM. Received an email response from ICICI Bank on 8th April 9:32 AM in the morning with service number SR822233016. I submitted the advised TDF form to the nearest branch (Ghaziabad) on 8th April before 11 AM too. From day till 7th june continuously sending emails to the also Concern raised to RBI ombudsman and also Crime Branch as well. Instead all these ICICI Bank forcefully asking to make payment and now they have lien my saving account. I am under depression and being tortured by ICICI. Please suggest what to do
File a case against ICICI Bank before court and explain all these circumstances whatever held and in that case you may file a case before consumers court or Criminal court for more clarification you may contact us then I'll elaborate properly. Advocate Anurag Bhatt Allahabad High Court
