I worked for a company which took loan and now I am being harassed

I worked for company, it was a startup from my cllg senior, he asked me to sign up on X platform with company details as I used to handle the admin work. My number was there for communication and company email. After kind of I reduced my work as no salaries, he took loan from X and now is unable to pay back. the company is calling me, assuming its the company;s CEOs number but I have informed them its mine not the CEO, its been 3 years they are now sending his summons and notices and harrasing

In this situation wherein court summons and notices are being sent to you, you will have to appear before the concerned court and will have to make your defence there, otherwise, in your absence, the court can pass any adverse order against you.
