In case the person to whom you supplied goods has passed away, you can file a claim against his legal heirs or estate, as the liability to pay debts passes on to them. You should first send a formal demand notice to the legal heirs, providing details of the outstanding amount and any relevant documentation. If they refuse or fail to pay, you can initiate legal proceedings for recovery by filing a suit in the appropriate civil court. Ensure all records of the transaction are maintained to strengthen your claim.
