I want my 20,000 back from a person

Maine ek aadmi ko 30k diya tha march 2025 ko meri job lagwane ke liye wo nahi lagwa paaya aur abhi tak usne 10k hee wapas kara hai mujhe baaki ke paise recover karne hai.

Agar aapne kisi vyakti ko job lagwane ke liye ₹30,000 diye the aur usne na to job lagwai aur na hi poori rashi wapas ki, to yeh cheating aur breach of trust ka case ban sakta hai. Sabse pehle aap us vyakti ko legal notice bhej sakte hain, jisme baaki ₹20,000 wapas karne ki demand ek nishchit time (15–30 din) ke andar ki jaaye. Agar uske baad bhi payment nahi hoti hai, to aap civil recovery suit file kar sakte hain. Saath hi, agar paisa jhoothe vaade par liya gaya tha, to IPC Sections 406/420 ke tahat police complaint bhi ki ja sakti hai. Payment proof (cash receipt, WhatsApp chat, call recording, bank transfer) recovery ke liye bahut important honge.
