In case the amount has not been transferred and the transaction has failed then first of all there is no claim against such person as the transaction has been filled you must consult your bank first of all with the transaction ID stating that I have made Sachin transfer such it and the transaction has been failed that it is due to some of the network glitches or the server issues that the Mount would not be transaction could not be processed so kindly contact your bank branch through which you are making the payment or or the mode of the payment like if you are using UPI payment or net banking then consult the platform through which we were making the transactions and if the last resort is to make a complaint with your bank
