I paid 70k to my friend before 3 yrs now need to recover

Dear Sir/ma'm I was working in Qatar in 2012-2013. One of my colleague ask me some help of money. He left job from there and came back to Orrisa, India. Then I paid him to INR 68000/ in his wife's account though money transfer agency. He promises to pay back with three months byt till now I did not get any money. He promises to provide me a new job in another country through his known job consultant also. now he and his wife both are not taking my call and not replying my mails and messages. I have proof of transferred amount, please help me to know that how can I recover my money.
