I invested 5 lakhs in the gas agency and asked for a refund, but they did not give it.what are the legal possibilitys to get them back .what we do?

If there is any contract entered for the purpose we have to examine the presence of any clauses in the contract that can support you and if yes, we can get the same enforced by. filing a suit for specific performance. If no contract is present, it is advisable to file a suit for recovery of the money and get a decree in your favour.
