I have took loan from indiabulls dhani app agents harrasing

I took loan from indiabulls dhani app nd I paid first all emi on time later he add total amount an say to pay all im not able to pay all amount at same time later he added late fee charges over 11000 nd now any company persons. not recive call n recovery agent call many time visiting my work office and saying all office mate about loan nd bothring me I told I will pay monthly but agent not listing and threatening what I do can I file FIR against him

Hello, please check your terms and conditions, whether there is any clause relating to the situation happened or you can send a legal notice if it's not a valid cause or file a insolvency suit. hope this works for you. thanks
